Ivor fitted a new bath to replace one that had cracked. Turned up as agreed to provide initial quote. He was open and transparent through the whole process and demonstrated an excellent level of knowledge when discussing the quote, thinking about the various different problems he might encounter but also (more importantly) providing solutions to them. The work was carried out on the date agreed to an excellent condition. Ivor left the bathroom spotless and provided advice and guidance relating to the ongoing care of the new bath???s installation. Couldn???t recommend him highly enough.

Ivo has now done 2 jobs for me and I am super happy with his work. He is reliable, cleans up after himself and is very friendly. I have no problems recommending him to anyone.

I had a leak on the filling loop on my boiler. I wasn't sure if it was something I could do myself or better to get someone it. I called Ivo midday, he answered straight away and came round 17.00 exactly when he said he would. He's a really nice guy and obviously takes pride in what he does. He even let me watch what he was doing and explained the processes to me so I could learn whilst he resolved the problem for me. He's really well priced and now if I have any plumbing or gas issues going forward, I know exactly who I'm going to call. Highly recommended.

Really happy with the service. We had a leak under our bath which today decided to become a bigger problem when we noticed water coming through our kitchen ceiling. Our call was taken straight away and within an hour he was round. Fixed the issue fast and like other reviews left the workspace really tidy, which he didn???t have to! Made me feel super comfortable and was a really nice guy. Would absolutely recommend.

Ivo came today to fix the kitchen tap and a water leak, and I???m very impressed with his service. He responded promptly despite having a busy schedule, and the job was done quickly and efficiently. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!
