I had my fire repaired and serviced by CRW after British Gas were unable to work out how to service my fire . CRW engineer had no issues and fixed and serviced my fire without a problem. The engineer was tidy, efficient and professional . I will use this company again without hesitation .

We did a lot of research on the type of fire we wanted and decided to try CRW and we are so glad we did. They have a great showroom and Chris gave good advice on what we needed. We chose what we wanted and the fire was installed by an excellent installation team who were very courteous and tidy. The fire makes such a massive difference to our living room. A big thank you to Chris and the team. ????

Fantastic service from start to finish. Due to old boiler breaking leaving me without heating and water they got delivery and fitting of new one really quickly. Fitting was top notch with the tradesman was very efficient and tidy , upon completion you wouldn???t have know he???d been if it wasn???t for the new boiler. Would highly recommended

CRW have carried out extensive works at our home over the last few years, including the installation of chimney liners and wood burning stoves, boiler services and new radiators throughout the house. The workmen are always professional and Anthony, who has fitted all our radiators always offers helpful advice, we are extremely happy with the quality of workmanship, work is carried out in a timely manner and the house is always left spotless after each job. The office staff are equally as helpful and go out of their way to provide advice and updates. We can???t recommend CRW enough and will no doubt be using them again in the future.

CRW and Fireplaces Warehouse. We have purchased a stove and had a whole external chimney installed and I can???t recommend them enough!!! Fantastic customer engagement and experience from valuation to finishing the job. I have never been so satisfied with my purchase and the way I was treated as a customer. Very professional and trustworthy. Thank you Chris and team - we love our new fire ????
