Excellent service today and unbeatable price. The man arrived 40 minutes after calling them up and had it unblocked within another 30 minutes. Very friendly professional staff and they get the job done. I didn't catch the mans name that was on call today but he did a great job! Thanks ????

Excellent service from The Drain Company. I called them on a weekend after waiting over a week for Yorkshire Water to resolve a sewage drainage issue. Within just 3 hours of my phone call, their engineer arrived, identified the problem, and cleared the blockage. They confirmed that the blockage was in the main sewer, and thanks to their quick response, the sewage backing up into my garden was resolved the same day. Had I continued waiting for Yorkshire Water, I would probably still be dealing with the issue. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the speed of response and the fact that it was a weekend call-out. Professional, efficient, and reliable service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

We recently used The Drain Company to clear our septic tank and were extremely impressed with the service we received. Nigel, who carried out the work, was excellent throughout. He was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about his trade. He took the time to explain everything properly, and completed the job efficiently and without fuss. I contacted the drain company this morning and the lady was very professional and friendly. She explained the process and fees very clearly. Kai came that afternoon and diagnosed the problem and cleared it with a powerful jet washer. Very professional company.

I had a soil stack replacement and a toilet moved and I just wanted to say. What an amazing company you are and that Mark and James have done an amazing job. I found them to be very friendly and hard working especially in this weather it was not an easy job. I have tried to get a plumber to do the job for weeks and none ever turned up. I wish I had called you first it could have been done weeks ago. Also please thank Josh for keeping in contact with me I will highly recomend you to all my family and friends in the future. Thank you all again you did a fantastic job with a great price to match. Money well spent. You truly put other plumbers to shame.
