Very helpful and friendly staff

Super friendly and patient staff.

Excellent service on both occasions we have shopped in the Sutton Fields Branch. Excellent knowledgeable and helpful staff. We had a problem with the bathroom wall cladding we ordered as it arrived at the shop damaged. Trevanne went over and above to get a replacement as soon as possible. Her excellent customer service was really appreciated. Thank you.

We went to city plumbing hull to see about a new bathroom and have some help with planning, I've got to say we were greeted in the showroom by trevanne who was the most friendly and helpful person you could wish to meet really good at her job also very helpful nothing was to much trouble no matter how many times we called. Would like to say a massive thank you to trevanne for all your help along the way. Andy & Tina Coulman

The guys on the counter are fantastic,I was changing two flexi hoses and two isolators on my hand basin and not being a plumber the guys made up both flexi hoses for me so all I had to do was connect and tighten everything. Will definitely call again the next time I need help.
