   Gary and Steph were absolutely fantastic! My shower sprung a leak and they came out within an hour to put a cap on it. They were efficient, friendly, and so forthcoming with helpful advice on how to fix the problem myself and where to get the parts from, saving me extra costs. I've just successfully replaced the broken part in the shower and feeling very chuffed with myself and also Gary and Steph, thank you both so much!

   Gary has been my go to person for a few years now. He has changed my gas hob and updated the pipework for this. He has changed my bathroom taps and shower controls. He has flushed radiators and also replaced old ones. But on this visit, he went above and beyond as I had asked him at no notice to look at my cistern as the water was not stopping. Because of the age and style of the toilet, Gary had to remove the whole toilet and strip everything out. He sourced a new component and successfully replaced the non functioning parts and put everything back. Thankyou Gary . Always excellent quality work .

   Superb service from Gary at Northcarr. He was able to fit me in at very short notice, and dealt sensitively with a difficult situation at my elderly, disabled mother's unmaintained house in Barton on Humber. He fixed the shower which wouldn't turn off and gave great advice about various other issues. I felt he was very honest and had the best interests of the customer in mind, rather than making money at their expense. For example, he advised getting in touch with the boiler manufacturer to get it looked at for free within warranty, and explained they can be alerted to the fact I can request my mother is treated as a vulnerable, priority customer. He explained issues and options extremely clearly. He charged a very fair price. I would highly recommend him with no hesitation.
