We had an emergency last week and they went out of their way to come out and assess the problem really quickly for us. Everything was explained really clearly, and the subsequent work was great. Paul and Alfie cleaned everything up, and they were also absolutely fantastic with our young daughter terrorising them! They also explained any queries we had and I can't recommend them enough.

My first initial appointment with Terry was impressive. He talked me through the options and I decided to go ahead with my boiler installation. Paul and Alfie came to fit it. All the radiators were flushed properly. I was shown how the boiler worked and was given an explanation of how to use the monitor. They cleaned up after and removed the old boiler and rubbish. The price was good too. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys were terrific! They turned up on time, fully prepared and both the lads worked head all day to complete the re-fitting of our bathroom. When they left, the bathroom was left clean and tidy and all the cardboard and polystyrene was neatly packaged up, making our trip to the local recycling centre quick and easy. I did have a few queries upon completion which were handled rapidly and professionally - turns out it was operator error lol. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend to others - BTW, their price was very competitive too which was a bonus!

Had a new combi boiler fitted & the existing tank removed that was no longer needed. Terry went through all the options clearly & the boiler was ordered & the job booked in to be done over 2 days . The boiler was delivered by 9am , Paul & Alfie arrived & got started on removing the tank & old boiler which was a big job, protective covering was put on carpets, then made a start on installing the new combi boiler, they worked all day with no break, checking with me on the progress & cleaning up before they left , then they arrived 8.30am next day to complete the boiler installation & power flush of the radiators working all day again everything was completed with great professionalism, they cleaned up & removed all rubbish, explained how the Combi boiler worked & the Hive control on my phone which I love the idea of . I was highly delighted with how well it all went with no mess & would definitely recommend.

Had our main bathroom done from West Coast Plumbers. 100% recommend. The two plumbers here were prompt every day, worked none stop whilst they were here and couldn???t do enough for us. Everything was tided up every night. Very happy with our new bathroom which was completed within 1 week! Thank you West Coast. Highly recommend and will definitely be using your services again.
