Charlie was reliable, he arrived on time and provided extremely beneficial advice. Excellent customer centric value for money service. I would recommend the service provided by Charlie. Thank you.

Called this morning and problem sorted within hours. Very good service and fair price too. Would recommend.

We have Charlie service our 8 year old boiler every year & and a fireplace that was in home when we bought it. This last service Charlie noticed base of fireplace was cracked and losing much needed internal heating. We replaced the Fireplace & he came today to fit. Prompt, efficient and cleans everything after he is done. Excellent worker , so glad we found him and value his experience, value for money charges and work standards. Jack & Sandra

Charlie has completed several different jobs around our house from boiler installations, maintenance and bathroom installations for several years now. He's been fantastic in every aspect of his trade, definitely the best out there by a mile. A great tradesman and person, one we thoroughly enjoy having in our home. He has helped us with so many challenges and resolved them brilliantly for us... can't recommend Charlie enough

I first met Charlie when he came out to attend to gas appliances in our new home, which included the boiler and our living flame log burner. Since then and such was the impression Charlie made on me, he has taken care of my rental properties and more recently, saved me ??1500 by working out the issues on my home boiler rather suggesting I replace it. Charlie is the best, most thorough gas engineer I have come across. His pricing is absolutely transparent and fair. Charlie will always do whatever he can to fix the problem rather than take the easy route of advising replacing the appliance and he is 100% trustworthy and reliable. I would and have recommended Charlie without hesitation. He is a very lucky find in this town.
