Came home after 7 days Xmas break to find water coming up from kitchen flooring when stood on it. Realised my stop cock main water supply tap had been leaking, tried to tighten it to stop it leaking and made it 10 times worse and was now a constant stream of water. Panicked I rang Plumbing Solutions North West Limited, albeit no answer had an immediate call back ???? I'd rang several other outfits with no joy. Scot got me to facetime him on WhatsApp, I showed him the problem. He was with me in less than 15 minutes, isolated the water from outside in the street and had the stopcock replaced and all good in 15 minutes. Polite, friendly, professional, very reasonable for a Sunday call out the day after New Year's Day 2022. So refreshing to have such superb service, would not hesitate to use in the future whether major refit or small repair. If you looking for reliability, competitive pricing and quality craftsmanship look no further. Well done Scot and the team. Have since had a full bathroom Refit and new boiler, Scott and the team as always going above and beyond, I commissioned an acrylic back drop for one whole wall within the cubicle, challenging and tricky install, mine a 1930's house so nothing sits level and square. Incredible job, as was the rest of the install, 10/10. Punctual every morning, calls returned if unable to answer, arrive when they say they will, respectful on the job, super tidy, and very competitively priced. I am thrilled have found a dependable plumbing outfit in my local area and have recommended to many of my friends and family.

The owner of this company came out and quoted us. Bit more than we thought it would be but accepted it. He seemed like a decent nice man. We went away for a week and left them to it. We had a few phone calls as he seemed to have forgotten what we had asked for. The floor was supposed to be dark grey, it wasn't. He matched it with the walls a sort of light grey. His assistant Craig was the man who did all the work. He left my home in a terrible state, walked it through the house and cut white trim in the garden leaving white crap everywhere, empty boxes left indoors. It took me an hour to hoover and clean. There was a wet patch in the hallway getting worse had to wait 3 days as owner doesn't work weekends. Craig hadn't tightened it up enough and tried to cover the wet patch with a rug instead of fixing it. We noticed 2 dents in the back board behind the toilet. Phoned to have it fixed. We've been accused of lying as Craig is meticulous so my husband said the same Craig that left the stop cock loose, trod dirt all through the house and left white crap in the garden? Didn't hear back, this was a week ago. We fixed it ourselves. Six and a half grand and we had to fix it ourselves. Use this company but be cautious

I've had a love hate relationship with our toilet cistern for years now, it's a wash basin/lavatory combination with push button flush and very difficult to access the cistern. I've fixed it in the past but no joy this time. My wife phoned Plumbing Solutions, big Ryan turned up all smiles, said he would order some new parts and fix it tomorrow, which he did and when one of the new parts failed after he'd gone home for the day he came straight back and replaced it.The service they gave us was first class and we highly recommend Plumbing Solutions.
