Thanks for your help today couldn't of ask for a better customer service and your time in explaining what I need to do and your help in solving the issue many Thanks Mick

Absolutely horrendous. They take your money and when you have an issue with their goods or workmanship they claim no accountability. They don't uphold consumer rights and frankly do not care one bit about customers and just are there to make money.

DO NOT ORDER ITEMS FROM THIS SHOP. A simple job like ordering a new stone shower tray, became a nightmare with this shop. We found the staff unhelpful and uncaring. I would not recommend anyone ordering from this shop.

Just had a full bathroom to shower room conversion, workers arrived on date and time as arranged, curtious and informative, all parts arrived on time, good quality parts as per our original survey, excellent service, reasonably priced and competitive, thanks guys. ( Follow up call as well )

Great service, fabulous product range.
