Great service from Tom and Owen Boiler would not work due to poor water flow and additionally to make things worse the the immersion heater would not work.They arrived same day as promised and solved the waterflow problem and got the boiler working again. Also told me the immersion heater was OK it was the switch at fault so did not install new heater they had brought with them. Top professional service, Top guys! Definitely recommend them.

Tom has recently come to give a second opinion on my boiler following an at risk notice been issued by the insurance company causing stress and worry to my disabled partner. After completing a service and checking the reasons and having the work verified. My boiler is now deemed safe again. Despite this I will still look to ask Tom back to replace the flue pipework at a later date. Tom thank you for your help and honesty truoughout.

Tom came round yesterday with his apprentice and did a few plumbing jobs for me. Everything was done to a really high standard ??? neat, tidy, and they left no mess at all. The bill was very reasonable too, which was appreciated. It???s a great feeling to have finally found a plumber I can trust and rely on from now on. Highly recommended.

Called Tom this morning after numerous plumbers/ heating engineers had called after weeks of issues with my old Ideal boiler. Had paid out ??300 already for servicing and repairs. Only to not be able to reach the previous guys after leaving numerous messages with them. Tom called out really quickly. Boiler was condemned by Tom. I knew things weren't right with the boiler. Tom didn't accept money at first when he knew my personal circumstances weren't great. Gave me the information that Ideal would probably fully repair my boiler with a fixed price repair. Called them to check this out and explain. Confirmed this was the case. Rang and booked this with Ideal direct. Gave Tom ??50 for his time. Greatly appreciate Tom's honesty. Good to find an honest tradesman. Cannot recommend this guy enough. Also a customer of my mum's and will recommend him to anyone as a trustworthy tradesman.
