I cannot fault Ben and the team at City Plumbing in Stockton. So far I???ve had a shower room and a bathroom designed by Ben and he has listened to ideas and implemented them wonderfully. He has worked with my fitter to give me the bathroom I didn???t know I dreamed of. He provided different options for my ideas and spoke frankly about the implementation of some of them, working with me to find a solution. For example the original plan had wooden panelling that may have to be replaced in 10 years time, when I asked if I could get the panelling effect in a tile, I was told no problem and he found and sourced them. My bathroom I feel is stunning, it???s like having a spa at home. But with amazing amounts of storage!

Brilliant service, after going to a few plumber merchants in the area and being fobbed off. The chap here had me sorted with new tap cartridge???s which where measured before I left making sure they fitted and on my way in minutes. Blinding

Having decided to alter our bathroom into a more disabled friendly shower room we found that City Plumbing were 1 of 2 suppliers of the particular shower enclosure we wanted. We spoke to Carla on several occaissions and soon found that her knowledge of bathroom fittings coupled with her very pleasant manor soon found us ordering the complete shower room from her. We are exceptionally pleased with the end result which was completed last week. Carla was always willing to go "the extra mile" to find the answer to any problems which fortuneately rarely occurred. Many thanks to Carla and the team in the stores for their hard work coupled with their very pleasant attitude.

We looked at a number of suppliers before we decided where to get our new bathrooms from. As we wanted a better quality product we did not go to the big DIY stores. We decided to go with City Plumbing. The product was right, the price was right and the service was exceptionally good. Carla was able to help and advise not only on the design but the product, tiles and accessories. we did however have a couple of hiccups on the way, but again Carla and all the team at city plumbing were there to help resolve them. As a result we have two bathrooms that were completed on time and look fantastic. Thank you to Carla and all the staff at city plumbing.
