Dan and Owen are the most professional, efficient and effective fellows we have ever experienced. They did a complete overhaul of our heating, hot water and shower system none of which was too much for their very capable hands. They would not leave until they were satisfied with their efforts and left the house as if they had never been. Tradesmen can sometimes be a pain to have around the house but not these guys. Well done!

Dan and Owen did an amazingly prompt and professional job on updating my gas heating system to a state of the art Baxi system. I couldn???t be more grateful and pleased with their work and their tidy approach to the installation. Cheers!

Dan has been doing CP12s for us for months. He keeps me informed of progress, his turnaround is quick and he preserves the date of gas safety checks. Communication is excellent and I trust him to do a good job. I???d recommend him to any landlord.

Extremely disappointed with the shocking treatment an elderly gentleman received from Barton Plumbing and Heating. The standard of work carried out was so poor that a full gas safety inspection had to be conducted . The Gas Safety Inspector who attended confirmed that their work required several lines of rectification ( with one of their problems being left AT RISK ) They were given a given timeframe to complete their mistakes which is documented in the gas safety inspection report I have available for clarification. Due to the seriousness of the issues and the way the situation was handled, I refused to allow Barton Plumbing and Heating (Dan Shoulder) back into the property. The gas safety inspector then instructed corrective work had to be completed by an external company at their expense. This entire experience has been stressful, time???consuming, and completely avoidable. Based on what we went through, avoidance is absolutely paramount. I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before using this company.

A five star rating for the work carried out by Dan and Owen. From the initial visit to receiving the estimate to the work being completed, we were kept update with the progress at all stages. Over the couple of days to fit all of the new double radiators, the ensured the work was completed with minimum disruption. A professional, reliable company who left our home clean and tidy. A trustworthy company that we would recommend.
