I had an issue with my boiler last week and Curtis was here within 24 hours, and came back again a second time when a second issue came to light soon after. He and his son were really lovely and professional. As a female, you sometimes worry you'll be ripped off by "cowboys", but I can 100% guarantee that these lads are honest, hardworking tradesmen and I will be recommending them to everyone in the future.

Can't recommend highly enough. Curtis responded to my V/M within hours, then called over the same day. Issue with boiler and been without heating and hot water for a week. Managed to get the boiler working and gave it a service. Advised the circuit board would be covered under the warranty and talked us through the process. Great customer service provided, friendly and helpful. Will definitely contact again for any future plumbing/heating requirements. Thank you Nunnery Plumbing And Heating.

Curtis responded straight away to fix my leaking immersion heater. He was polite, professional and made sure to recommend the cheapest and best solution. Honest and trustworthy, would recommend.

I needed a plumber in an emergency in the middle of winter when my heating and hot water had stopped working. I have a child with a disability which made things worse. The plumber (Curtis) came out and had a look at my boiler. After a few very stressful hours my hot water and heating were working again. The plumber was fantastic, fair, hardworking and reliable! I would definitely use him again if needed but luckily haven't needed to yet. 10 out of 10 from me!
