booked a full service and gas safety test for a property I'm purchasing, and Kelly couldn't have made the process any easier. prompt reply, booked in, service done, paperwork received, invoice paid, done. will be using in the future! thank you

Very lovely service. Jon was very friendly, kept us informed and was able to work around the cats, which was great :).

1st class service provided. The guys power flushed our heaters. Made & left no mess. Explained the process at each stage. Could not fault them & would recommend Blackwell Heating.

Five days before Christmas our oil boiler was bellowing black smoke so we rang Blackwell. They sent Kev out on the Saturday who discovered the boiler was in a mess, so we were without heating and hot water. On the Monday Blackwell tried to source parts but one was obsolete so that meant a new boiler. Lewis spent Monday sourcing the right type of boiler and the guys arrived on Tueday to fit it. We were back on with hot water and heating. On Christmas Eve they were back to put in a soak away . Job not quite finished as the flush through would take most of a day, but they had gone that extra mile as my wife is on the vulverable list and cannot stand the cold. 2nd Jan they arrived to do the flush through and the job was done. This was the second time last year Blackwell had pulled us out of the mire. As we live rural we need people like Blackwell to come and do the job for us. This firm is the tops.

Highly recommend and came out quick to put new boiler in , Andy and is team went above and beyond to make it is easy and took the stress of us. The lads that came out done a cracking job and left no mess and were polite. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ????????????
