Rob is a highly skilled and very kind professional. I booked an appointment for my boiler repair, and he arrived exactly on time. He completed the work to a very high standard and took the time to explain how to maintain the system and use the boiler properly. It???s easy to see why he has such a great rating here.

Rob and his apprentice came out on short notice and very quickly (and correctly) diagnosed the issue on one of our radiators and our Beko boiler (and theremostat). They did a little extra around the house (such as shutting off our outside taps ahead of the big freeze and working on the stop cock). They showed us how to maintain stuff ourselves, so we don't have to call them out again. We were very happy with them and have no hesitation in recommending. I can see why they have such a high rating on here.

Damaged my PCB on my boiler during an easy repair because Rob the so called engineer never drained down the boiler which resulted in a large cascade of water going everywhere. The PCB which was in perfect working order until these lying cowboys attempted to repaint it and therefore removed it and took it away which was my property. I now have no boiler so unable to have hot water or a shower including no heating when needed. (WARNING) NEVER USE THESE COWBOYS.

Over the moon with my bathroom renovation/refurbishment done by Proheat. Rob from Proheat came round after I???d called him to look at a faulty shower and with ongoing problems with plumbing, damp problems, the bathroom being old and looking shoddy in general, I mentioned that I was planning a complete refurb. Rob advised on what should/shouldn???t be done regarding the re-fitting and plumbing issues etc. and I was so impressed with his knowledge that I asked him if Proheat would do the refurb. On ripping out the bathroom, Rob discovered various sources of the damp problems. One wall, that actually had air coming into it from the planks on the exterior of the house, was then renovated, including insulation installed. A leak under the bath and a wall with years of damp problems were rectified, very old underfloor pipes were replaced and new walls and floorboards installed. The bathroom was such a thorough, solid job, well-sealed and finished off, that it is so easy to clean and maintain now and looks stunning. I would also like to give a special mention to Rob???s colleague Scott, also from Proheat and their receptionist Laura who was always lovely to speak to, his other team Eddie and Gav from PLS, who did the building work and full wall and floor tiling, which was so precisely executed, and Bob from RFS Electrical Services. All were professional, polite, cheerful and the work done at a fair price. I will use all again when I???m ready for my downstairs bathroom refurb. and highly recommend them.
