Brian is meticulous and always does exactly what he says he will. His work was excellent and I would recommend him without any reservation.

Needing a radiator removing and an old gaspipe capping off at short notice. Brian from Pro Plumbing and Heating was very accommodating and was able to do the job . Brian is very friendly and polite. He was extremely efficient and highly professional and reasonably priced. 5 star service all round.

Brian replaced all of our radiators in the house and even fixed a tap that wasn't working. One of the radiators came without a set of brackets in which case we had to leave off. Brian came back the week after and fitted it for us once the brackets turned up. Not all hero's wear capes!

We have just had our bathroom fully refitted by ProPlumbing & Heating ltd. From start to finish, Brian was professional, reliable, and skilled. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and delivered fully. We are absolutely thrilled with the results! He also serviced our ASHP and helped us gain a better understanding of how our model worked which was extremely helpful.

Brian installed a new over the bath shower in my new property and has done a great job that im really pleased with. Communication was good and he came when agreed and worked very tidily. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will use Pro Plumbing and Heating NE again.
