Had shower room fitted however after the door kept falling off the shower several times it was discovered the track had been put upside down. Also the door frame had been put upside down so cannot fit a lock. As it was dangerous (they said it was out fault the door came off) we had it all taken out and fitted by professionals.

Called at 11:40pm because of a burst pipe, they had someone at my house at 7:55 the next morning. Incredibly fast service and the issue was fixed within 45 minutes. From my experience, great service

Three times in 2 years we've called them out to our house. Each time they've been quick to attend and have done good, professional repairs. This time it was for a concealed leak somewhere in our central heating system. After some time, they tracked it down to a leaking 3-way coupling, hidden behind a wall panel. They fixed it, and the system has held correct pressure ever since. They are definitely not cheap. For the speed and quality of what they do, you sometimes just have to bite the bullet. We have found them consistently attentive and reliable; and that's probably worth paying more for.

They came to my rented house and fixed the boiler on behalf of the landlord. While here the young man serviced the boiler and did the yearly checks. He was both polite and respectful and stuck to the Covid rules while working in the property. The boiler has been perfect since.

Rang the company to arrange a gas safety check a lovely man answered he couldn't help but he'd get Alison to call me back once she came into the office.. She rang back quite promptly and I explained what I needed she then told me the price which was double my previous quote ... She then announced to much aplomb yes we are very expensive at which point I hung up as her overriding cheerfulness at the fact they are (in the company's own words) very expensive left me speechless ... I cannot comment on the service or the on site staff and workers but Alison you need some help with your attitude ...
