I first used OTS a few years ago when they corrected another company's shoddy work (fitting of a new boiler) for me. The work of OTS was to a very high standard and I have used them since then, mainly for the annual boiler service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Always friendly and professional.

Received a text before Steven arrived, to tell me he was on his way. He arriived on time and was respectful of my home.. A thorough job completed and he left the area he was working in, clean and tidy. A friendly and professional service, would highly recommend.

Chris and team fitted new gas combi boiler last year. Tidy job no mess. Just had 1st annual service done today by Stephen . Again hassle free. Was recommended by my daughter and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I had a great experience with OTS Heating Services. I found them to be incredibly trustworthy, helpful and reliable from start to finish. They were professional, arrived on time and explained everything clearly which gave me real confidence in the work being done. I honestly cannot praise them enough for their excellent service and attention to detail. I wouldn???t hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable plumber/heating engineer.

OTS originally installed our boiler on a recommendation from our builder, and we haven't looked back since. We've used them for several years now, and the service is always top-tier. Stephen just completed our annual service, he was polite, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. It's a relief to have a plumbing team you can actually trust. Highly recommended
