Had reason to call out Quality Plumbing & Heating after a newly installed radiator sprang a leak and started spewing water over our brand new kitchen. They were able to come out same day, and fully drained and removed the faulty radiator before capping off the pipework and making everything safe and secure. Cannot thank them enough for the quick, efficient and friendly service. Absolute saviours on.a Friday afternoon!

JULY 2025: After reading other people's glowing recommendations about Anthony, I felt confident to phone and ask him to install a new electric shower & remove the old one. Anthony fitted me into a busy day, keeping me updated about his arrival time. This master tradesman fully qualified in several skills, did a 1st class job of removing the old shower going on to install the new one. He demonstrated the shower working and cleared up the work area before leaving. I'll look forward to him returning in a few months to service my gas boiler - at a very reasonable cost. JANUARY 2026: Six months on from Anthony installing the new shower my combi boiler was due for its annual service, it was no surprise that Anthony completed the work promptly and left the boiler & it's cupboard in a clean condition. I'll confidently refer him to friends. It's great to have a tradesman with such high standards and affordable too. Outstanding!

We had a lot of noises from our radiators. Joseph was able to diagnose problem without even coming to look. He ordered parts needed, came and replaced 4 valve sets. All done and working well now. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy. Thankyou

An excellent job from Anthony; fast, friendly and effective. A replacement flush where the old one had rusted into place; all dealt with without any fuss. Would definitely recommend!

5 star service, without heating for 2 days and struggling to get somebody out Anthony fit us in short notice, traveled across Durham and arrived with a smile on his face to meet our needs. Took him no longer then 3 minutes to identify what was wrong and had a fix in place within seconds, We honestly can not thank him enough.
