Excellent service. They were easy to book with and very accommodating around the dates I needed. The engineer arrived early, was polite, friendly and professional throughout the visit. The boiler service was carried out efficiently and everything was explained clearly. They also gave helpful advice about including a system clean at my next annual service to help keep everything running as efficiently as possible. A great experience overall, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend them to others.

Had new shower fitted and has been excellent service from start to finish. Quick response to my enquiry which was on a weekend, followed by a quick appointment which fitted in around my schedule. They asked me what times would work best for me and fitted around this. Professional, polite and friendly throughout. Clear pricing and called to ensure I was happy with this explaining details of price. Work carried out to high standards and would be happy to use again.

Yesterday, I was notified by my guests that the boiler had stopped working and they mentioned the pressure kept dropping. Of course, I searched Google and came across Alex at Telford Boiler & Plumber Services. When I called and explained the issue, he immediately said he could come and take a look within 30???45 minutes. Once he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and confirmed it wasn???t actually pressure related, but caused by a blockage. He was able to fix the issue promptly and got everything working again. Really impressed with the fast response, professionalism, and honesty. Highly recommend Alex and Telford Boiler & Plumber Services if you need a reliable plumber or boiler engineer.

I was looking for a heating and gas company to change my dated boiler in a house I???d just bought, I couldn???t get one for love nor money, as it happens I???m a plasterer and I got chatting to a previous customer (Alex) who happens to own a Gas company which was music to my ears. One of his engineers popped out to take a look, within a few days I???d had a quote which was a lot better than I???d expected, I decided to go with them. Steve the engineer was brilliant, really knows his stuff, even came out when I had leaks from the old system before the new fit. I originally had them booked for start of May but my system wouldn???t last that long, they bent over backwards to get me in and bring the job forward over a month. I???m really happy with the new boiler. I had the new boiler moved quite a distance from where the old one was which wasn???t the most straightforward job. Steve is coming back at the end of April/May to change and re pipe all my radiators. I wouldn???t use anyone else now and I highly recommend. On a plus note Steve the engineer doesn???t drink hot drinks and thus doesn???t stop all day, he loves his too much haha. If you???re looking for a boiler change or and gas/plumbing work then look no further than, I???ve been in the building trade for 25 years and that says something when I???m impressed.
