We had a fantastic experience with The Bathroom Showroom Crewe from start to finish. We were managing a renovation from our primary residence in the USA, so it was important to us to find a local reputable company. But, The Bathroom Showroom actually provided us with the best of both worlds because they also offer a virtual design appointment! Our first virtual design appointment was super helpful because we were able to visualize what our space could look like without having to actually set foot in the showroom. Then when we were finally back in the UK, we were able to meet Emma in the Crewe showroom. She was fantastic in helping us to refine our design and talk through our exact needs. She worked directly with our contractor Crystal Bathrooms (also highly recommend!) to ensure everything was onsite when it was needed. We can't say enough good things about The Bathroom Showroom and Emma. The quality, design and attention to detail are unmatched. The results speak for themselves!

Crystal Bathrooms Sandbach recommended we visited to chose new furniture and tiles for our ensuite refurbishment. We spoke to Emma who was absolutely fantastic and helped us select everything we needed, after spending time listening to us. Emma even came with the Delivery driver when all the goods were delivered to make sure everything was OK. A massive thank you Emma for all your help and support, what a fantastic service you provide. Many thanks, Alan and Sharon

Visited City Plumbing for tap cartridges. They explained what had caused the issue. How I could repair it and gave me several recommendations for budgets and longevity warranty information. Really positive experience. Wouldn't hesitate to return to City Plumbing Crewe again.

I think it was Emma who served us, very greatful of her knowledge and patience. We asked for advice and she was able to deliver, even helped pick the right shower panel colour we have been looking for for months! Many many many thanks! Would recommend ????????

Was recommended by a close friend, popped in for a visit. Spoke to Emma, who was very warming, helpful, and knowledgeable. From the design process to the selection of materials, the process was made easy. Emma created our vision in 3D, and we got to see our new bathroom come to life. At this point, it was a yes from us. Fantastic customer service and a massive thank you to Emma.
