Best AC installer around! Phoned John regarding a split AC installation and within a day, he came round to complete a site inspection offering his advice on location, cost, practicalities etc. Arranged fitting for a few days later and I honestly couldn???t be happier. Yes the unit looks great and controls the temperature amazingly (far better than a fan or central heating ever could). But what sets John apart is he truly cares about you as a customer, takes pride in his work to ensure it doesn???t just work, but that the install is done to a high standard and most importantly to your requirements. Will certainly use JD Plumbing for future AC servicing and I???d recommend if you need AC fitting, contact John - very reasonable prices by someone who???s an actual expert and local in HVAC Thank you :)

Great experience overall. John was quick to answer, booked us in fast and fixed our toilet flush that had completely stopped working. He was tidy, polite and made sure it was working properly before he left. Would recommend to anyone needing a plumber in Stafford.

John helped us out after we noticed a damp patch spreading on the ceiling below the bathroom. He traced the leak back to some pipework under the bath, repaired it properly and checked everything before boxing it back in. He kept me updated as he went and was really respectful of the house, which I appreciated. Very professional and easy to trust. Would use again without hesitation.

We had an issue with low pressure on our boiler and no hot water, which is never ideal with kids in the house. John answered quickly, talked me through a couple of things over the phone first and then came out later that day when it was clear it needed sorting properly. He found the fault fast, explained what had caused it and fixed it there and then. No hidden costs, no messing about, just honest good service. Would happily recommend him to anyone local.
