First rate service and very friendly very pleased with the gas fire I've chosen

Great service - they arrived on time, did a lovely job at a reasonable price, even hoovered after. We have used them for 22years and would not use anyone else for all our gas work. THEY ARE THE BEST>

Coppenhall Gas rescued us today when a bird got down the chimney and got stuck behind our gas fire. Absolutely excellent service. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Will definitely be switching to using them for our regular gas servicing. Bird survived ????

Coppenhall gas were highly recommended to me . We are an elderly couple in our70s and I rang them for help with my boiler not working the lady who spoke on the phone asked me to check the water pressure and make sure the pilot light was on ??? then informed me that their engineers would be unable to repair it because it was originally purchased from B an Q and we had not had it serviced so parts would not be available NO OFFER TO DO SURVEY WITH A VIEW TO FITTING A NEW ONE apparently due to pressure of work . Phoenix gas came the same day did survey fitted within one week despite lockdown took old boiler away PERFECT ??1900-00 well spent 7yrguarentee 3 free services .So in future when I need a gas engineer I won???t be using my local tradespeople which is what I like to do .normally

Excellent customer service. They went out of their way to get us the best price and get our new boiler fitted as soon as possible. Would definitely use again and would recommend 100%
