Excellent company with consistently brilliant customer service. I???ve used Heatshield several times now and they always respond quickly, keep me updated, and deliver exactly what they promise. On the one occasion something wasn???t quite right, they came out the very next day and resolved it. Their pricing is very competitive as well. I would highly recommend them.

Phoned what was described as a local plumber, paid over ?? 150 .00 up front only to find out that they act as midde men ,the plumbers who turned up were not the company I phoned . rip of merchants. Ask if heatshield before paying anything up front .SCAMMERS

Very disappointed with the service from Heatshield. I paid for a thermostat installation that never worked from day one. When I raised the issue, I was told to check the manual, and no proper follow-up or inspection was carried As a result, I was forced to manually turn my radiators on and off for over a year, completely defeating the purpose of having a thermostat installed. The issue was only identified recently when I had to hire a qualified third party electrician to install a new thermostat. It was discovered that the original installer had failed to connect the thermostat to the correct receiver. The boiler has two receivers (one on the wall and one attached to the boiler), and it had been connected incorrectly, meaning it could never have worked. Proper checks and testing were clearly not carried out. I raised the matter verbally on 27/11/2024, but no solution was offered. The company has since stated that there was no written complaint, despite the issue being communicated at the time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the poor installation, lack of aftercare, and failure to take responsibility. And I have had to cover additional costs to fix their mistake. Would not recommend based on my experience . (This response sets out our final position. Liars, told an elderly customer her boiler was obsolete trying to con her into getting a new boiler. The boiler is not obsolete after speaking to the manufacturer and has now been repaired directly through a company recommended via the manufacturer. Be aware or get a second an opinion before going through these.

Ben and Riley came out to have a look at an issue that others couldn???t figure out. It was a very weird issue with my ceiling lights that kept tripping the breaker that???s hard to diagnose but Ben and Riley got to work very quickly and were very open, honest and great to talk to while they fixed the issue promptly. Many thanks to these chaps who gave a fantastic service. Would definitely recommend.
