My kitchen sink???s U-bend and waste pipe had been blocked for two weeks. I asked ChatGPT for a recommendation, and it suggested PROF Heating. I called them, and they booked me an appointment for the very next day. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. The pipe was completely blocked, so they replaced the entire U-bend with a new, high-quality one and successfully cleared the blockage in the waste pipe. The work took longer than expected because of how severe the blockage was, but they still charged a very reasonable price. What impressed me most was that they cleaned up all the mess around the sink before leaving. Their service was fast, reliable, professional, and affordable. I would definitely recommend them and would rate them 9.9/10

Was extremely happy with the very prompt and very professional service from Mark. My boiler completely died on me, and I was very grateful for his calm and professional approach. Mark had been recommended to me by another satisfied client who is a friend of mine. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Mark always offers an excellent service from start to finish. He quickly diagnoses the problem, and completes the repair to a very high standard. Professional, friendly, and leaves everything clean and tidy. Fair pricing and great communication throughout. I would highly recommend Proff Heating and will definitely use their services again.

Mark and his team were recommended to me when we were looking into a new heat pump installation. They came when they said they would come and were always friendly and efficient. Explained everything to us so we could understand and was there if we had any questions after the installation was completed. Would definitely use again in the future, great company ????????
