Had a good experience with Gary Cross Heating & Plumbing LTD. The engineer was punctual, professional, and got the job done without any hassle.

I called Gary about a replacement shower. Although not urgent, but possibly because he is local, he provided a very reasonable quote and kindly arranged an appointment for the following day. As promised, he turned up on time. Gary was extremely thorough when carrying out the work and after fitting the shower, was able to rectify a leaking cistern which, quite by coincidence, occurred after my original call. He left the bathroom clean and tidy. I thoroughly recommend Gary to any prospective customers.

Gary repaired a leaky boiler flue for me as it was coming an issue recently, managed to repair for less than initially quoted, he has also serviced my boiler every year without fail. Do not hesitate to contact him, incredibly helpful, personable and most importantly at the top of his game.

Gary the Gas Guru: Saving Lives and Laughs! If you ever need a gas engineer, look no further than Gary???the man, the myth, the gas legend! I???m convinced he has superpowers. I mean, who else can turn a gas leak into a stand-up comedy routine? First off, Gary arrived at my house looking like a cross between a superhero and your favorite uncle. He had the tool belt of Batman and the dad jokes of... well, your favorite uncle. The moment he walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. As he inspected my boiler (which I suspect was built during the Stone Age), he casually pointed out that it was leaking more gas than my last attempt at cooking! I couldn???t help but chuckle, even though I was slightly terrified. He assured me that the only thing I needed to worry about was my lack of culinary skills. While fixing my boiler, Gary regaled me with tales of his past adventures???like the time he saved a family from a gas explosion because they thought "a little leak" was no big deal. I think I was more entertained than informed, but hey, at least I was laughing instead of panicking! When he finished, my boiler was purring like a kitten, and I was pretty sure it was giving off a soft glow of gratitude. Gary even left me with a ???Gas Safety 101??? pamphlet, which I???m convinced was just an excuse to share more bad puns. (I learned that if you smell gas, it???s not your cooking that???s gone wrong!) So, if you need a gas engineer who can fix your problems and keep you in stitches at the same time, call Gary! He???s the only guy I know who can turn a potentially explosive situation into a comedy special. Thanks to him, my house is safe, and my sense of humor is fully intact! ????????????

Gary was very easy to communicate with, very professional, tidy and on time! He was very helpful in recommending a new thermostat solution for us and he is extremely knowledgeable! Would 100% recommend Gary to anyone and will definitely get back in touch for any future work!
