We have used Pro Plumbing and Heating for a number of bathroom fitting jobs, most recently the installation of a new shower and cubicle. We have always been completely satisfied with the service provided and the end result. Chris is very pleasant to deal with, knows his stuff inside out and is very patient in explaining options so that we can make the choice that suits us best. Chris is very responsive, and keeps us updated with the progress of any project. The quality of workmanship is first rate, and the pricing is very reasonable for the service provided.

Chris came out to look at one toilet issue, and while he was there I mentioned a second problem with another toilet. It wasn't an emergency, but it still needed fixing. He ended up repairing both toilets during the same visit. For the first toilet, he didn't just fix the leak ??? he also identified and fixed the underlying cause. The tank didn't have proper support at the back, which had put strain on the pipework and caused the seal to fail. He fitted support to prevent the problem from happening again. He also went out to get a replacement part for the second toilet and fixed that as well. Despite repairing two toilets, he only charged for the total time spent on the job (around an hour) plus the cost of the part, rather than charging separately for a second job. Honest, professional, efficient and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him and would happily use him again in the future.

We have used Chris on several occasions, for a number of emergencies and most recently renovating our kitchen. Chris is simply fantastic - he's an absolute find!! He's reliable, trustworthy, knowledgable and importantly, nothing is too much trouble and he's a pleasure to have in your home. His pricing is extremely reasonable and I can not recommend him highly enough. Its such a reassurance to know we can call on such a good plumber.

I recently used Pro Plumbing and Heating Services Ellesmere Port and couldn???t be happier with the service provided. Chris was excellent from start to finish ??? he took the time to talk everything through clearly, making sure we understood the work and our options. He even provided helpful links to suppliers so we could choose the right products with confidence, which made the whole process much easier. The work itself was carried out to a really high standard, and he made sure everything was fully working before leaving. It???s clear he takes pride in what he does. On top of that, everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, which is always appreciated. Overall, a very professional, reliable service and I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Chris to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Chris provided absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Over the busy Easter weekend, he went above and beyond to help my elderly parents by quickly supplying and fitting a brand new toilet after their cistern cracked unexpectedly. His response time was incredibly fast, and he handled everything with professionalism and care. What really stood out was his patience and kindness especially when my dad couldn???t resist trying to tell him how to do his job! Chris took it all in good humour and remained respectful and reassuring throughout. We???re genuinely so pleased with the whole experience. Fantastic service, highly reliable, and truly compassionate. We will definitely use Chris again and wouldn???t hesitate to highly recommend him to others.
