Excellent, very professional & super efficient service from Samantha. Will definitely return & highly recommend.

Thanks to a slow leaky loo I had no option to re do and sort my bathroom out. Not what you need in November and December ??? I went round three suppliers and City Plumbing was who I decided to go with. From the minute I walked through the door Michelle and her colleagues offered lots of help and guidance. From my measurements and photographs of how the bathroom was she took time to show me the different options and items in the brochures, mark them off, fold the pages over and also to show me the same / similar in the showroom. We talked about lots of different options of: toilets, seats, taps, etc. For the worktop they even had small bits to take away to see how the different colours looked in my own bathroom before deciding. When I decided I worked out the pricing and then went back and they fine tuned what I worked out and managed to give me a better price. My choices were slightly limited because I was going fitted and had to go slimline due to where the toilet waste pipe was situated and what space I had as I had no intentions of re tiling the bathroom. This caused issues with the options of basins but Michelle took onboard what my major requirements and wishes were and found something suitable. It wasn???t a rounded basin like I initially wanted but the square one is deeper and more modern and I love it. Thank you, give them a try you won???t be disappointed. I have a nice new bathroom in time for Christmas.

Amazing customer service, Dave went over and above to source a replacement part for our toilet. Nothing was too much trouble for him. In fact, he seemed to enjoy the challenge! If you want good customer service from knowledgeable and friendly staff you have to go to City Plumbing.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful... and amazingly knowledgeable... any part you want they got it or can get... nothing is too much trouble... and I love the friendly banter

I would like to thank the staff member at your Carlisle store who was so helpful in providing me with a washer for my leaking shower connection. I am not a plumber or even a DIY enthusiast, and had been to two other suppliers before being directed to City Plumbing. I had not heard of you before, and you do not routinely stock the item I needed, but he managed to source me one from a faulty unit you had in the back. I'll know where to come first next time I have a plumbing problem ????
