very helpful and friendly went of his way to get parts for leaking toilet and did the job at short notice excellent

Steve was very helpful and worked through a tricky problem for us. What we thought was a faulty radiator valve turned out to be an issue with the feed pipes under the floor boards.

Came out to do some small jobs for us yesterday, fixing a tap, toilet flush, dripping overflow in header tank, that wouldn???t interest other plumbers. Came promptly when he said he would and fixed all of our issues for a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service, will use definitely use again and recommend him highly!

Steven answered my enquiry and was actually able to come round on the same day to check out my stinky kitchen drain pipe. He could see why the problem occurred and fixed it on the spot. Very friendly, very professional and well priced. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend to anyone. I will definitely be using Plumbing Medic in the future.

Highly recommended. Installation of an outside tap and fitting of an inside kitchen tap. Arrived on time and gave good advice about the options available. Very courteous and calm in his approach and his work is of a very high standard. Overall exceptional service and would not hesitate to use his services again.
