Excellent service, remotely ordered a spare part which arrived on time. Unfortunately arrived from manufacturer damaged but Plumbersmate resolved issue.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff would highly recommend

We were recommended to use Plumbersmate UK Ltd by our bathroom fitter, Simon Munn, and from start to finish the service was superb. As owners of a Victorian townhouse with many original features, it was important for us to create a bathroom that stayed true to the character of the property while still feeling modern and stylish. We worked with Bruce, who clearly has extensive knowledge of the product range. He guided us through the design process and helped us choose fittings and tiles that complemented the overall look perfectly. The quality of the fittings is first class, and the finished bathroom looks absolutely perfect in situ. Any queries we had were dealt with promptly, and the speed of service was excellent ??? there were no delays in receiving the items we needed. We particularly appreciated being able to borrow tiles and samples so we could match them with paint colours and window fittings at home, which made decision-making much easier. All in all, an excellent service from a local business with friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff. We would highly recommend Plumbersmate UK Ltd to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom.

We recently used Plumbersmate to supply a new bathroom and we couldn't be happier. The sales team were friendly and helpful, listening to our needs and then finding products to suit them and our budget. The ordering and delivery process was simple and efficient. The bathroom is now installed and we couldn't be happier with it. This company supported me with a voluntary project to refurbish uninsured flood-affected houses in Carlisle after the 2015 floods and it's been great to repay their generosity with an order. Thanks to all the team

Absolutely great service AND after service??? really helpful team. We bought an ensuite & shower room plus a cleaners sink from these guys. They were so helpful with design & the after sales was superb.
