Tom really helped me out (a plumber who should know better) when I drilled through a gas pipe. He squeezed me in same day to repair and test which got my job back on track. Fantastic service, nice guy and good rates. Would highly recommend if you need a reliable plumber/ gas engineer. Thanks again!

We initially called Tom because we had an emergency and he fitted us in around his other jobs that day. Since then we have relied on Tom for planned jobs in our home - and a further unrelated (self-inflicted!!) emergency. He is calm, methodical and friendly. Tom has done plenty of work for us over the last 6 years - the first of which was a boiler replacement/relocation when we first moved into our house. Following this, Tom has replaced pretty much all our radiators, all with really neat pipework. He has been very accommodating with availability, and has been very communicative throughout!

Tom today was an absolute life saver. We were meant to have a new boiler fitted this morning and didn???t go to plan at all, I was told at the same time we had a gas leak coming from our cooker, but the company that were present at the time did not want to help or advise in any way, in a state of panic I started to ring around local companies, Tom???s friendly, helpful and reassuring manner did calm me down, and Tom came out as quick as possible, and sorted the leaking cooker pipe, quickly and efficiently.We will now be looking at getting a new boiler sorted with Tom.
