Great bunch of guys, just bought a shower door and jerry was extremely helpful, with my requirements. I did call in a few weeks back and was served by the overweight guy, claimed he was on a diet but was eating a 3 pack of sausage rolls and a family sized packet of Doritos, with a can of diet coke ( obviously to make himself feel better ????) and got my order wrong, clearly concerned about his food intake..... But jerry sorted it out without hesitation. I would recommend this plumbing warehouse

Went in today to purchase some fixings for the toilet seat as we were misadvised elsewhere. Kalym O???Connell was exceptionally helpful, went over & above - 45 mins of assistance, very patient! Whilst there, Kieran (the plumber) who is also a trade customer offered his assistance whilst we were waiting in the queue - would definitely recommend this place, Kalym & Kieran for all of your plumbing needs. Many thanks to both!

Excellent service here as always, very nice staff, and must try the Rice and Peas

I was in need of some components, and gave these guys a ring as they were the closest to me. The chap on the phone was very helpful and managed to decipher my not-so-articulate explanation of what I needed and invited me to come down so they could show me suitable products. The part only cost less than ??1, but even so, these guys gave me the full service in answering all my questions and offering advice and suggestions. It's a sad trend that lately customer service across the board seems to be lacking, but I've found it all - it's all at the H&P Warehouse. Would not hesitate to recommend. Cheers guys - shower is now sorted :)

Called in to HPW for some advice about a problem with my boiler. I spoke to Brian who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He told me what the problem was and offered to get me the part as we agreed that I could fit it myself. The part was ordered and arrived as promised the following day. 1 hour later my boiler was working again! Fantastic service and price. I cannot recommend HPW highly enough.
