Excellent service from A.T Heating & Plumbing. My 17-year-old boiler stopped working on Friday and I contacted Alex on Friday evening about it. Alex came out first thing Saturday morning to assess the issue. He gave me two clear, upfront options to either repair or replace it. I decided to replace it, and he had the new boiler fully fitted on Monday morning. Fantastic, fast, and stress-free service - thank you!

Alex came out quickly to initial call when our Baxi boiler stopped working. He gave an honest assessment and explanation of why replacement was best option and followed up with a fair quote which gave us a choice of models and prices. We went with Alex's recommendation and it was fitted 2 days later. Alex and his lad arrived on time and worked cleanly and efficiently to fit new boiler and check heating and hot water were running properly. Very happy with the service provided.
