We needed a pipe to be replaced in our boiler due to it leaking. There were also other structural issues with the outdoor piping. The whole process from someone coming to have a look to the job being done was very quick. Additionally, communication was excellent and I was never waiting long for replies. Ryan was the plumber who completed the work - he was very professional, friendly and explained things well. The work has been completed to a high standard and I will be using RM plumbing and electrical in the future.

Recently booked RM Plumbing and Electrical Ltd to fit a new electric shower after the old one needed replacing. From point of enquiry right through to the end of the job the service was faultless. After initial enquiry, contact was maintained via WhatsApp to ensure I was purchasing a shower to the right specification which met our needs. Booking was then quick and easy. On the day of fitting, the service provided was thorough, neat and very professional. Would highly recommend, and will not hesitate booking again in the future.

I recently had a new baxi combi boiler fitted and new bathroom fitted by RM Plumbing & Electrical here in Cardiff, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation with a 3D design to the final installation, the entire experience was seamless and excellentdetail. I highly recommend Ryan and the team, Highly recommend.

Phoned the office this morning and I Ryan out to fix a plumbing problem with my boiler not heating and honestly couldn???t fault them. They were quick to respond, turned up on time and got straight to the issue without any messing about. Excellent service The job was sorted efficiently and you can tell they know their stuff. They were tidy, and left everything exactly how they found it. Would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone locally in Cardiff needing reliable plumbing work.

We had our ensuite bathroom completely renovated by Ryan and the team in Cardiff and it???s honestly one of the best upgrades we???ve made to the house. They transformed it into something that feels modern, practical and much more spacious. They took care of everything from start to finish. Removing the old bathroom, reworking the plumbing, installing the new shower and suite, tiling and all the finishing details. They were easy to have around, kept disruption to a minimum and always left things clean at the end of the day. The whole process felt smooth and well managed. Would highly recommend them!
