James is a very professional and efficient worker. His work is of a high standard and any problems were quickly resolved. We are very pleased with the completed work.

The customer service provided was excellent. The work was of high quality and he was fully prepared. He minimised the mess made and cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished.

James was very professional and efficient in completing four landlord's gas safe certificates. All complete within the day and my tenants were impressed with the courtesy he showed them and how well he cleaned up afterwatds. There was a pressure issue with one of the boilers and James fixed this at no additional cost. I would thoroughly recommend J.R. Heat and I will be using them for all my Gas and heating needs from now on.

James is always extremely helpful and in my opinion goes above and beyond to solve any issue ASAP. He is always polite, explaining the required process and costs to resolve the few problems I've recently had with my CH boiler and emersion heater. He has fixed all the problems on the same day I called - great service, especially during the recent cold weather when I had no hot water. He was recommended to me by a close relative and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JR Heat to any of my other relatives or friends.

James has been a delight to work with, he is conscientious, competent, helpful, and efficient. He has recently made several fixes and upgrades to our industrial underfloor and ventilation heating systems, and I would thoroughly recommend him for larger commercial works as well as smaller domestic jobs.
