I called on SN plumbing and heating as our regular plumber was away and SN came recommended via a facebook shout out.The lads were extremely thorough in their work, taking the time to explain everything and ensuring the job was completed properly. They were polite and respectful of our home. Clearly very knowledgeable and experienced.Great customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. And will definitely be using from now on.

I've been in the industry for 47 years. SN Heating & Plumbing Ltd, are the best engineers I've found for many decades. Superb work, tidy, efficient, polite and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Neal and the team. Neal, Tyler, Joe and Sarah are a real asset, and I'll use SH Heating as often as I can.

Thanks so much to you and the team for helping me with the boiler issues over the last couple of months, you have all been incredibly helpful and done a sterling job including Sarah. I am really pleased with my new boiler, Joe has been fantastic and is such a nice, friendly person as are you all. I'm incredibly grateful to you for sorting out the warranty etc. very nice touch and goes a long way. SN Heating has been the best heating & plumbing company I have encountered over the years and that's all down to you and the team.

SN Heating came to plumb in a washing machine, which turned in to a bit more, seeing as the previous owner loved a diy project. Neal requested some images and replied promptly with his suggestion and a quote for the work. When the boys came to do the job, they were polite and very professional. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future. I do have to mention on the day,they advised it would be a morning appointment, however due to staff absence they arrived after the agreed time. I appreciate it???s a very busy time of year with boiler breakdowns etc.. but it would have been nice to have got an email or call to let me know and save me waiting in all morning. As it were I had to email them to find out this information. Just a thought for the future ????
