We had a great experience with Spring Heating and Plumbing resolving our failed boiler condenser pump. I called Spring Heating and Plumbing at 9am. They asked for photos of the broken part to find a replacement. By 14.30 they had it fitted the new part! They were also very tidy, friendly and polite. Great service. Matt

Needed a new bathroom Andrew [Spring Heating] to the rescue. Removed the bath, tiles, old shower and fan, sink and toilet. Andrew and son Tom were always happy to help with any concerns I had, and thoroughly enjoy their work it???s a pleasure having them around, Coco [the staffie] thought so too. Always cleaned up after themselves before leaving..plus points. Replaced bath with full length shower tray, new shower and fan, walls waterproof boarded and sealed, fixed glass panel..it looks brilliant! new waterproof flooring laid and door altered to accommodate. Can???t praise them enough..it was an absolute pleasure dealing with such nice honest people, hard to come by these days thank you Andrew and Tom.

Absolutely brilliant service! Highly recommend no heating or hot water on a Sunday morning, Andrew came out within an hour and all fixed. Decent rates, no rip offs, nice to know a local, reliable and trustworthy tradesman.

We called Andrew out on a Sunday as we had an accident with a nail and a radiator pipe under the floorboards! We were due to have new carpet fitted the next day so needed it dealt with urgently. Even though Andrew was due to go out with his family he still took the time to come over with his son, within half an hour, and fixed the issue for us. Fantastic and friendly service. Thank you Andrew. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, having been called out on a Sunday to help with an oil leak on a boiler. Andrew has great knowledge and made the boiler safe until the parts needed for the full fix arrived 2 days later which he then came back and fitted. Very polite, tidy and happy to help with all my questions about the new house we had just moved into regarding the heating and Aga.
