James has been my go-to heating engineer since 2019, when I first found his sticker on the boiler at my previous property. Honestly, he???s the best there is. I even signed up for British Gas HomeCare, yet I still find myself relying on James more than British Gas. Simply put, where their engineers can???t find a solution, James can. He recently replaced our boiler and also corrected a number of poor and nonsensical jobs done to our underfloor heating by the contractor who built our kitchen extension. Truly excellent work every time. Highly recommended.

James Rayner is a professional and friendly plumber, he came out to fix our tap and radiator leak fast and with quality, he is a tidy worker and his rates very good, highly recommended!

Have used James multiple times as part of our ongoing project to modernise our new house. (and for general servicing of appliances in our previous home). He has fitted multiple new radiators and pipework, given lots of good advice and has always been very friendly, conscientious, reliable and always provides a reasonable quote. The only thing to be aware of is that James is often very busy - but this is just a reflection on the great service he provides. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
