B&G Jenkins very recently fitted our air conditioning, and the team was absolutely superb! From the very start, there was zero pressure to buy, and they patiently answered every single question we had. They even visited our house twice before the installation just to ensure everything would go ahead without a hitch. During the install, their communication was excellent, they were exactly on time, and they left the place incredibly tidy. Brilliant service from start to finish!

Brilliant company and staff. Engineer arrived at my house and very quickly found the problem with my boiler, spares were carried so no delay, boiler fixed and tested. Fantastic customer service.

Following issues with our old boiler, and exceptionally poor service by our previous boiler cover provider which left us without heat and hot water for a week and a half, I asked B&G Jenkins to install a new boiler and check our heating system. From initial contact, Andy visited within 2 working days to assess and provide a quotation, and within a week, our new boiler was installed by Liam, who couldn???t have been a more helpful and diligent person to have working within our house and a real ambassador for B&G Jenkins. He went through all his work and operating instructions in detail and left his work space impeccable. I will be setting up a new boiler cover plan with this company shortly and couldn???t recommend their service level any higher. They really were superb. Thank you.

I love this place. It's one of the few places still around that give great customer service and have really knowledgeable, friendly staff who care about doing a great job and looking after customers. My old landlord used to use your services, so ever since buying a home I have too. I suspect Mel has had enough of all my queries but you'd never know, she's a superstar. We hired B&G to fit a Hive heating system after they were recommended to us by friends and family. The engineer noticed an issue with our CH/HW valves and we booked them to come back on a subsuquent visit to have them fixed. The whole team have been very professional throughout all communications and visits, would definitely recommend. We finally have a working heating system after 5 years, so thank you, if I knew it would be so streamlined I would have done it sooner!
