I highly recommend Phoenix. I am so pleased I contacted Phoenix. We were originally told by a very well known organisation that they wouldn???t service boiler insisting we need a new one. Lee from Phoenix was friendly yet professional and highly knowledgeable. He fully tested our boiler and advised it was all working. He serviced it and am now very happy we do not have to pay out thousands for a new boiler. If you need an honest boiler repair engineer. Go to Phoenix!

Excellent service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Very professional. Will be using again in the future and recommending to friends and family.

Highly recommend. Ian and Lee did an outstanding job, this was a bathroom refurbishment, with wetwall panelling. They transformed the bathroom. Workmanship is to perfection, both Ian an Lee are reliable and clean and tidy when working. Shout out to Lee who is a perfectionist when sealing the silicone around the bath is first class perfect. If you want a great job then Phoenix are your guys. Top notch.

Great service from Ian, Lee and the team. Everything was done very well and in a timely manner. Ian has been quick to respond to all questions and we would happily recommend Phoenix.

I had Phoenix Home and Heating install a new boiler, and I???m really pleased with the whole experience. The team was professional from start to finish, working efficiently and keeping everything tidy. They also took the time to give clear advice on how to get the best out of the system, which I really appreciated. Great service all around ??? highly recommend!
