My cold water tap in the kitchen had seized up. Jay turned up the following day, identified the problem and returned to install easy to turn on/off taps. I have since asked for a quote for another plumbing job. He replied quickly with a quote and included one, with an explanation, for a worse case scenario. Jay's polite, reliable, a tidy worker and respects one's property. I would highly recommend him.
