Steve at SR Coated Plumbing and Heating came out to us for a boiler service, after we booked him seeing he is a Worcester Bosch accredited engineer. We had outstanding problems with our boiler, with a persistent whistling sound other engineers had not been able to fix. During the service Steve found a gas and carbon monoxide leak, and unfortunately our boiler needed to be replaced. Typically, this was mid February and a cold weekend ahead. Steve managed to move things around to fit us in for a replacement the following day, turning up on time and completing the job in about 6 hours. Overall we are very pleased with our new boiler and the service Steve provided.

Steve stepped in after we'd been badly let down by another company . Even though it was close to the Xmas holiday season he recognised our distress, changed our boiler, replaced two radiators and gave us a gentle lesson in thermostatic management within days of our first contact. The work was done efficiently with minimal disruption and they cleaned up well. We totally recommend him.

Steven was brilliant... He came out to our house at short notice and did a fantastic job sorting out our shower mixer tap. He even went the extra mile by descaling the whole thing - completely above and beyond - which will hopefully give our old shower a few more years of life. He also fitted a water filter we asked about last minute, no fuss at all. Super quick to respond, friendly, and really professional. Couldn???t recommend him more!

Fantastic service from beginning to end of the process. We were moving the boiler location and changing from a pressurised system with a tank to a combi set up. Steve???s advice was really useful from the outset, recommending the best option for our needs. Throughout the installation he was happy to go above and beyond to accommodate little changes and requests regarding the position of pipework and also did a few extra jobs that needed doing in the house. Can recommend his company with confidence!
