Superb work. Best team we???ve ever had here. Tim and his team undertook a challenging task of moving our gas boiler from the ground floor, removing the vented hot water cylinder on the 2nd floor and moving it all to an outbuilding with a new unvented pressurised cylinder. The routing was complex - It was not an easy job - but they handled it perfectly and we couldn???t be happier. The team are always on time, friendly, tidy and take the time to explain what they will be doing. We???ve already made several recommendations since.

Tim came out at 9.30pm to help with an emergency when water was leaking from my water tank and running out of the loft. He responded so quickly, let me know when he would arrive (very soon after I had called), he was polite, calm, knowledgeable, located the problem and fixed it efficiently. He was a calm, reassuring, so helpful and professional presence in a difficult situation. I recommend him very very highly and would certainly use his company's services again.

Tim is very reliable, hard-working, and pays great attention to detail. Everything was completed to a high standard, and after every time him or his team left everything was tidy for the next day. Highly recommended!

Tim performed a miracle for us in converting an old 70s-style bathroom into a modern one with separate cloakroom. He managed to work around us so that we always had at least one functioning toilet at all times. His crew are a great bunch of guys who worked with care and cleaned up nicely every day. Tim had a plan for every unexpected issue that arose, and had some great advice and ideas too. And all completed on time. Very happy with Graysons, would not use anyone else.
