Edmir is great! He is very helpful and considerate and has done really good plumbing for me. I initially met him when he came for a same day call out for an emergency boiler issue and I have since used him for several different things, including sorting my plumbing for my new kitchen. I would not hesitate to recommend Edmir.

Called last min to have old gas heater capped off and without hesitation HYSA was on my door step! Edmir you are a true professional, very smart, polite and got to work right away no messing around. Thank you so much - highly recommended!

Edmir did an amazing job - boiler replacement, with removal of old hot water tank, installation of a new radiator and a smart thermostat, sorting out a number of long-standing issues with existing radiators along the way. Very knowledgeable, tidy, thorough, kept us informed all the way - you name it, Edmir delivered. Will be using HYSA Plumbing &Heating on our forthcoming building project, too, for sure!

Excellent service! The plumber was very friendly, professional and trustworthy. He replaced our boiler and also moved it to a different location within the same room. He was very descriptive and discussed the plan with us prior to proceeding. He stayed over for many hours testing the boiler again and worked towards perfection. He was also very flexible and understanding of our needs. I strongly recommend him!

Edmir was great throughout the process of replacing our boiler. Thoroughly professional and polite, he took time to answer our questions, worked very neatly and cleaned up after himself. Overall a great job. Highly recommended.
