Thames serviced my water heater, but the plumber barely inspected it before suggesting a full replacement. I later found out from another professional that it only needed a small repair. I felt pressured and misled.

I had a very frustrating experience. I waited for one hour as agreed, then was told to wait another two hours, but no one ever showed up. No call, no update, no explanation. Completely unreliable and a waste of time.

I previously had a frustrating experience with Thames Tradesmen. Adam, the customer service representative at the time, repeatedly ignored my messages and calls regarding an ordered toilet and the updates I needed. This led to a long and stressful process of chasing for information and eventually dealing with a refund. However, after nearly two months of back-and-forth, Thames Tradesmen assigned a new representative, Danyal, and the experience improved significantly. He was responsive, respectful, and handled the situation efficiently. He also offered a substantial refund as an acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Based on this turnaround, it???s fair to say Thames Tradesmen has taken steps to improve their service, and I now feel more confident that they???re ready to serve customers properly again.

Got a renovation done this company, was an excellent finish & done within a short time frame. Hats off to them I would definitely recommend.

Amazing service!!! After a last minute call for some garden work, I was greeted with efficient, friendly, and quality service. The work was completed quickly with no faults. I would absolutely use them again, completely transformed both front and back overgrown gardens. I can???t recommend them enough!
