It was so nice to have a company that actually responded to our enquiry within 24hrs! We received a full in depth quote of the work to make sure we were happy to go ahead. Again this came back in a couple of days. When Ben came round he was punctual and got straight to work. He didn't leave no mess behind, a tidy trades person is always a good sign to me of someone who take pride in their work. The work had to be done in two part (due to our building timeline). But he was happy to do this. We'll definitely be using Hayes Plumbing and Heating again 100%

We recently used Hayes Plumbing & Heating for a number of plumbing maintenance jobs at our office and were really impressed with the service. Communication was excellent from the outset, and Ben took the time to visit, assess everything that needed doing, and provide a clear, reasonable quote. He also gave us helpful recommendations for a replacement water heater that would best suit our needs, which was greatly appreciated. The work was completed to a high standard and we're very happy with the results. Professional, reliable, and knowledgeable ??? I'd highly recommend!

I used Hayes Plumbing & Heating for the first time for a boiler service and I was very pleased with the experience. The engineer, Ben Proctor, was polite, professional, and friendly throughout. He arrived earlier than expected and started work straight away. He also politely declined when I offered him a drink. The service felt reasonably priced, and I would happily recommend Hayes and use them again for future boiler servicing.

From start to finish, appointment made promptly very personable service. Nichola is very efficient and friendly Ben did a great job of the boiler service, gave great advice and explanations on other work. We would definitely be using the company again as they were reliable, prompt, helpful .

I???m really happy with the new boiler installation by Ben and his team . My old boiler was a PowerMax 500 some 20 years old + Very professional, and took the time to explain all the options and how the system works. The installation of a new Worcester boiler was completed on schedule, very neatly, and with minimal disruption. Great workmanship and fair pricing???would definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing or heating work . I have used Hayes before and will continue to do so . Trustworthy and reliable.
