Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and the inner workings of the boiler as he was servicing it. Genuinely felt i could trust him which is an important factor - will use Lee again for anything boiler related. Highly recommended

Lee at Glo provided an excellent service throughout, coordinating the project and ensuring everything ran smoothly. I live in a Victorian property and was unsure whether a heat pump would work effectively in an older home. Several years on, I can honestly say it has exceeded my expectations. The combination of insulation improvements, underfloor heating and the air source heat pump has made my home noticeably more comfortable, with gentle, even warmth throughout. The system is remarkably quiet, efficient and economical to run. Glo have continued to service the heat pump and monitor its performance over the years, giving me complete confidence in the system. I would have no hesitation recommending Lee and Glo to anyone considering a heat pump.

Our boiler servicing was conducted by Lee in a very professional manner where he stripped all the internal bits of the boiler , checked them and cleaned them before the operational checks. Lee explained to us all the work he was undertaking all the way.He is truly a professional who knows his stuff and a gentleman. We highly recommend Lee.
