   I got in contact with Jack through prior work he???s done for us through our estate agent. I came to him very short notice as I had no one else to go to, my washing machine had been filling up with water for the past 8 days due to a cowboy installation that they refused to fix themselves. Jack quickly replied even tho he had a busy evening and booked me in for the next day, he arrived on time and dealt with the matter quickly and professionally I couldn???t of asked for anyone better to come help with my issue and I couldn???t recommend him enough to anyone that wants good quality work done at a more then reasonable price. He even quoted me half the original price he initially said it would be as he felt it was too much to charge us for the work he???d done. You???re an amazing man Jack we will definitely be using your services again.

   Jack from Trident Gas was brilliant! Very quick to get in touch to arrange a suitable time to fix my toilet. Kept me up to date throughout. Friendly and professional from the start, and made sure the toilet repair was completed to a high standard after multiple checks to make sure it was fixed. He also left the bathroom clean and tidy afterwards. Thank you Jack :) lovely to meet you.

   I had Jack come round on a last minute job, that required urgent attention. Jack was very friendly, helpful and professional. He fixed both the toilet flusher and the that sink plug, which was causing very slow drainage. He did a great job and I would highly recommend!

   Jack attended one of our managed properties to replace a hot water cylinder. From the initial quote to completion of the job we have been hugely impressed and would recommend his services. The tenants feedback includes; "They were beyond amazing, super fast & really tidy, you wouldn't know they'd ripped out a tank & replaced it because everything was left spotless! Initially they said we probably wouldn't have hot water or heating last night but we had both as they managed to clearly do it all faster than expected. They've lagged all the pipes in the cupboard, made sure all the radiators are working efficiently Honestly though they were brilliant, I would personally highly recommend them. Their work ethic is fantastic. They were here from 8am until almost 6pm yesterday & All I can say is he has done a top class job for it & clearly takes pride in his work. He has even checked in with us this afternoon to make sure all is ok".
