I phoned up and spoke with a friendly lady named Gurpreet, who was incredibly helpful and managed to fit us in for a same-day appointment. The engineer, Mike, arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the fault. He replaced the faulty part efficiently and was very polite and respectful throughout his visit. I would not hesitate to use their services again. I highly recommend this heating company.

Excellent boiler replacement service I recently had my gas boiler replaced and I???m very satisfied with the whole experience. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail before starting the work and made sure I understood the new system. The installation was done efficiently and to a high standard, with great attention to cleanliness and safety. After completing the job, they tested everything thoroughly and showed me how to use the new boiler. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the pricing was fair with no hidden costs.
