Called to say they would turn up last night to fix the drain issue. They did not turn up and no communication as to why they weren't coming. I stayed up till midnight. Highly doubt not recommended this company

Cannot recommend Drain Services highly enough. From the moment i contacted them to completion. Drains and CCTV survey were done without mess or fuss and in a timely manner and i was kept informed of each process. Follow up was actioned by Marc and he was so helpful and informative too. On the whole a smooth professional process. Thank you Drain Services. Update.... Now given one star, would give none if able, as further communication with drain services for septic tank emptying has been abysmal. Excuses after excuse, booked for 9 May, didn't turn up. Further phone call to them and further excuses. They then asked if we are a private customer (!). Agreed, eventually, for 31st May. Again no show. Contacted again (3rd call) and informed will now be 16 June... Didn't bother to ask which year! Have now gone to another company who came the next day. DON'T TOUCH DRAIN SERVICES.

Have added Drain Services to my contacts! Excellent service, on contacting the office about my blocked drain I was emailed over the price for clearing the drain and the date they could come to do it (next day). The nice drain man who sorted it was brilliant, unblocked the clog within 10 minutes of arriving and explained everything to me. Very pleased with the whole process from contacting the office to fixing the problem. Would happily recommend Drain Services.

I called on a Thursday morning to ask for them to come and look down my drains with CCTV, I was told the office would come back to me as they needed to speak to the crew on the road about their availability. No one called me back. Called them again on the Friday asking whether they had a time and date, and was told they hadn't heard back from the crew yet. Lady in office couldn't have sounded less interested, NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. Terrible customer service and poor business practice not pursuing incoming work. Would not recommend. Went to MJ Abbott, they came back to me immediately and came round two days later, were cheaper, and did a great job. Will go back there every time now...
